In another one of those classic moments in Congress Democrats Sheila Jackson Lee and Nancy Pelosi both agreed that President Obama was singled out by the GOP during the recent debt ceiling debate because he is black.

This is just another smokescreen since what really angers them is that Obama didn’t hold firm to the Democrats position and let the GOP get the best of him on the debt ceiling debate.

Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee (D-TX) was back at it again during the hearings on on radical Islam chaired by fellow Rep. Peter King (R-NY).

Jackson-Lee showed her brilliance by quoting herself in the third person and telling attendees that the the hearing won’t bring any redeeming information and that it was tainted.

In referring to the Constitution Jackson-Lee said that this breathing document is in pain and referred to current activities by the Klan and the funding of human intelligence which she apparently has very little of.

Left wing congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee took to the House floor to  call the recent Pepsi Super Bowl commerical racist.

Jackson Lee says the commerical promotes  racial stereotypes about angry black women and black men ogling white women.

The segment that Jackson Lee complained about was the last ten seconds of a thirty second commerical and until she decided to go aftre Pepsi it had  been considered  just another funny commercial.

Director Brad Bosley is stunned by the accusation and told Mediaite that he was thinking about a generic couple but that they were the best actors he had available and so he put them in the commerical.  Nothing more, nothing less.

If there is a sterotype of an angry black woman then Jackson Lee should be the poster child not the actors in the Pepsi commerical.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) spoke out against the Republicans efforts to repeal Obamacare during a meeting of the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee on Tuesday.

From the American Spectator

“The Fifth Amendment speaks specifically to denying someone their life and liberty without due process,” she said in a speech on the House floor moments ago. “That is what H.R. 2 does and I rise in opposition to it. And I rise in opposition because it is important that we preserve lives and we recognize that 40 million-plus are uninsured.

She continued, “Can you tell me what’s more unconstitutional than taking away from the people of America their Fifth Amendment rights, their Fourteenth Amendment rights, and the right to equal protection under the law?”

Apparently Jackson Lee must have been dozing during the Republicans reading of the Constitution or otherwise she wouldn’t have misapplied the Fith and Fourteenth Amendments to the repeal bill which passed yesterday.

If there was anything that was unconsitutional it was the health care bill the Democrats passed last year but that is lost on Rep. Jackson Lee in her mixed-up mind.
